About me
Behind Darkhaven is me, Diedre Dimmick — a writer, editor, and content creator based in Queensland, Australia. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing and English Literature and am currently completing my Master of Arts in Writing and Literature. My own creative work often explores dark romance, fantasy, and fairy tale retellings — influences that shape the way I approach both client projects and my own.
My goal is to combine professional polish with creative imagination, helping others bring their words and ideas to life. Through Darkhaven House Press, I aim to support emerging and independent voices while continuing to grow a brand that connects stories, readers, and communities.
