How long will my project take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the scope of the project. For smaller tasks (like blog posts, short articles, or basic content), I usually allow 3–5 business days. Larger projects (such as full manuscript editing or content plans) may take 4-6 weeks. I’ll always confirm a timeframe with you before starting.
How will we communicate during the project?
Most communication is handled via email so we can keep a clear record of details and progress. I’m also happy to arrange face-to-face meetings — either in person (depending on location) or via video calls using platforms such as Zoom or Facebook. This way, you can choose the method that feels most comfortable for you.
How much will it cost?
Pricing depends on the service and the size of the project. I provide clear quotes before starting so you know exactly what to expect. If you’re unsure which service suits you best, feel free to get in touch and I can guide you.
What format should I submit my manuscript in, and how will edits be made?
I prefer manuscripts to be submitted in Microsoft Word, as this allows me to use Track Changes for clear, detailed edits and comments. If you’d rather work with a physical copy, I can also provide handwritten notes and feedback, though Word is the most efficient option for both of us.
What types of editing do you offer?
I offer copy editing, line editing, manuscript development, and proofreading. Whether you need a light polish or in-depth structural feedback, I’ll work with you to refine your writing while keeping your unique voice intact.
What if I just need a shorter, one-off content service?
Absolutely! While I do offer longer-term content packages (like my current 4-month content plan for $300), I also provide one-off services such as a single blog post, a short round of edits, or a batch of social media posts. These are great if you want to test the waters or only need occasional support.
